Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders’ (BCYL) mission is to provide Bridgeport, Connecticut area youth with sports, educational & civic direction, and help them build the character and self-esteem they need to reach their full potential and value in society. BCYL chose American View Productions to produce a series of videos that highlight a variety of BCYL alumni. In the creation of these videos, it was important to showcase how BCYL’s mission has influenced the alumni members. As a result, it was important to display what the alumnus chose to pursue as their career path. Having them explain their experience on camera through cinematic interviews was a definitive way to showcase how BCYL has helped them grow into young professionals for today’s workforce.
