Rebranding an organization like Connecticut Housing Partners (CHP) isn’t a simple overnight task. For 25 years CHP was known as Mutual Housing Association, a respected brand, sometimes confused with other similarly named entities. So when their target market grew CHP knew a rebranding opportunity existed. By including Connecticut in the name of the organization and including a clear understanding of the industry and its relationships CHP created a new brand easy to transition and grow into. Even the logo better represents and appeals to the community it serves. AVP also created a new website and printed CHP Strategic Report that reflects the new look and feel of the organization.
